Home Health Care

Most people do not want to think about the need for health care services. And many people will spend most of their lives not needing any health care assistance. The key to peace of mind is to know that health care services will be available if and when they are needed.

Open Circle Communities will provide home health care in the community. We will contract with home health care providers and a variety of practitioners, as required, to meet the needs of community residents. Health care providers will be scheduled at regular times in the community center and will visit our residents in their individual homes. These services and health care providers will be available to all residents and may be arranged on a fee-for-service basis.

Whether the need is for physical therapy following an injury, on-going assistance with medical care, or relief or assistance for partners who are primary care-givers, Open Circle Communities will focus on the health and wellness and quality of life of all residents. Developing relationships with local hospitals, surgery centers, health care practitioners, massage therapists, and health and wellness providers in all disciplines, we will create a community in which health care needs are met in a private, respectful and professional manner. By offering these services on a fee-for-service basis, residents may opt to utilize and pay for these services only as needed.

The on-going goal of Open Circle Communities is to create a community that encourages and enables residents to live openly and adventurously in a caring and supportive atmosphere. We hope to anticipate your every health care need and to provide on-site opportunities for each to be met in a way that offers you the greatest comfort and security.
