Open Circle Communities will offer as standard features what many other builders offer only as upgrades. Our homes will include one-floor living, gourmet kitchens with hard-surface countertops and upgraded appliances, wood cabinetry, ceramic tile and/or sustainable “green” flooring options, energy-efficient heating and cooling units and the other “final touches” that make a house a home. Our homes will be built with your comfort and aesthetics in mind.

As we move closer to the construction phase we will provide specific details on the exterior and interior design and offerings. Home buyers will be assured of color coordination, details on windows, ceiling heights, cabinet and countertop finishes, the variety of floor finishes, appliances, energy systems, lighting and plumbing fixtures, and more. You will have choices - though what comes as “standard” will already be top quality!
